Our NYC DP, David Romain, teamed up with local BCam and Audio operators to capture this story for Wounded Warrior Project. It was a great honor to be able to capture this very important moment highlighting veterans that were a part of 9/11 rescues.
With excellent pre- and post-production support from LarkMedia, our team, stationed at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, had the privilege of interviewing two veterans whose lives, like all of ours, were forever altered on that fateful day. David used a Sony Fx9 camera with an easy rig to capture the walk-and-talk interviews.
“As we toured the grounds, it was a profound experience to document such a meaningful moment, hearing the many stories that arose from this unimaginable tragedy,” says Romain. We hope to help tell your story too—so that we never forget, just as we will never forget 9/11.
