New England DP Roger Woodruff and his apprentice headed into the “city” recently for an AI tech conference. They were shooting for a client called Tech Impact. They spent the day shooting interviews and b-roll at the event on the Sony FX9. Roggg used his 6x Astra Litepanels to light the various setups they did. They also shot some stand ups with the producer/talent. “It was a long day but a good one,” Roggg noted. “The event space we shot in had interesting lighting and lots of color which made it a joy to shoot in. I uploaded the footage to the client after we wrapped.”
