New York Video Crew and Bissell Cuddle Up to Shelter Animals
Lights, camera, paws! Bissell needed to film cute puppies, kittens and rabbits and we said YES! We sent our New York video crew, Reid Petro, to shoot a recap video for Bissell’s “Empty the Shelter” events in the city with Cathy Bissell herself. The content is all about showcasing the extraordinary volunteer workers and staff at various shelters and the adoptees that get to bring home a new best friend.
We had a packed day and it was all about being able to go with the flow. We visited two shelters in the New York area in the course of the day. We captured everything from time-lapses to sit-down and on-the-fly interviews. We were able to be so agile by keeping the gear light and always looking for the perfect opportunity for a great shot.
Another one of those shoots that doesn’t feel like work. The only thing that was hard was not walking away with all the puppies!
