Can you crew multiple US cities simultaneously?
Yes. Multi-city shoots — where different crews shoot in different markets on the same date or consecutive dates — are one of our core services for international clients. We coordinate crew across all markets with one booking contact, one rate quote, and one invoice. Brief us once, we handle the rest.
Is equipment identical across all markets?
Equipment is consistent in specification across markets — Sony FX9 (or equivalent), broadcast lenses, Sound Devices audio, professional LED lighting. Specific camera bodies or lens variations may differ by market and crew member, but the broadcast performance standard is maintained everywhere. Confirm specific equipment requirements when booking your multi-city shoot.
What is the minimum notice for a multi-city shoot?
For multi-city shoots we recommend 5–10 business days to confirm crew across all markets simultaneously. Single-city shoots in major markets can be turned around in 24–48 hours. The more cities you are crewing, and the more specialised the role, the more lead time we need to confirm the right people.
Can we add cities after we have already booked?
Yes, but as early as possible. Adding a city last-minute is possible in major markets but depends on crew availability at that point. In smaller markets, adding a city with less than 48 hours notice may result in crew not being available. We always try — contact us immediately when you know you need an additional city.
Do you have crew in smaller US markets not listed here?
We have access to crew beyond our 50 primary markets. For smaller or secondary markets — mid-sized cities, college towns, rural locations — we can source crew but with longer lead times and sometimes at a premium. Call us with the location and we will advise on availability and timing.
