Fans of Washington State have been flying their school flag “Ol’ Crimson” for more than a decade every Saturday on ESPN’s College Football Gameday. After each season the Ol’ Crimson for that season is retired, after being autographed by all WSU fans and alum who flew her on the shows.

Last Saturday, Ol’ Crimson returned home for the first time as College Gameday made their way to Washington State for the Oregon Ducks game. But just because the flag didn’t have far to travel this time, it doesn’t mean it wasn’t flying across the country… there were watch parties from Stockton, California to Clarksville, Tennessee.

Go To Team’s Atlanta DP Nate Silverman set up shop in Clarksville, TN for live hits from the local watch party. The footage was shot on a Sony F5 outfitted with a Canon HDXS lens.

Nate shot the party goers as they went nuts before the game. Congrats to the Cougs on their big upset over Oregon! We’re hoping College Gameday makes their way back out there soon.
