College football is underway! Our very own Atlanta and Nashville DP’s hit the road alongside Sports Illustrated for an exclusive look at the revamped Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Filmed on their Sony FX9’s, the crew had the unique opportunity to interview new head coach Karen DeBoer and standout quarterback Jalen Milroe. Shot on the Zeiss Batis 85mm and the Canon L-Series 50mm for matching singles, the space was lit with a Nanlite Forza 300 to key, Astra 6x light panels for hair lights, and Nanlite Forza 60’s as lights to breakup the background.
After the insightful interviews, the team explored the facility, capturing b-roll that highlights the rich history and tradition of this storied program.
