As a Producer's Assistant, I assist the Line Producer, Production Supervisors, and occasionally the President of Production. Some of my duties include: • Tracking vendor rental quotes, production orders, departmental budgets, production reports, and more. • Assisting with scheduling various executive/prep production meetings and taking detailed notes. • Coordinating with department heads for crew and production office needs. As a Shared Director's Assistant, I assisted the Producing Director, Visiting Directors, and would also assist the Showrunners, Executives Producers, and Network Execs as needed. Some of my duties included: • Setting up for various production, concept, tone, and department head meetings and taking detailed notes. • Providing additional support for Executives/Showrunners with office management, meetings, and personal errands. • Organizing and tracked one-liners, set plans, reference photos, and more per episode. • Providing support and additional assistance to the AD team with daily scheduling and cast movements. As an Assistant to the President of a Talent Agency, some of my responsibilities were the following: • Managed schedules, meetings, and bookings for clients/artists in the Film and TV industry. • Conducted outreach, research, and submissions for upcoming productions, and pitched potential clients. • Assisted in negotiations and drew up deal memos for booked projects. • Managed the company website, social media, and executed proper email, phone, and executive etiquette. I have also worked as a Set PA and Office PA, and have a firm understanding of set and executive etiquette. I also have a BA in Entertainment and Media Studies from the University of Georgia and I am proficient in the following systems: • Scenechronize • PIX • Final Draft • Microsoft Office Suite • Google Office Suite • Bluehost/WordPress • Adobe Premiere Pro
