Our Denver and Salt Lake City Director of Photography, Brian Behrens, had the opportunity to shoot a two-camera Zoom interview with Randal Quarles for Bloomberg’s Wall Street Week. The goal was to create a professional, well-lit interview while showcasing both the mountain backdrop and cityscape of Salt Lake City through the window.
Brian used a Sony FX9 and FS5 for the shoot, ensuring a high-quality image with a seamless multi-camera setup. To manage the bright natural light streaming through the window, he employed a 0.9 ND filter, balancing exposure while preserving the scenic view. For lighting, he utilized a Nanlite 500 and 60B, carefully positioning them to complement the natural daylight and maintain a polished on-camera look.
