About Sarah

In 2015, I started my own freelance business, creating social media marketing videos for local SC businesses and events. I have directed, shot and edited several features, short films, docu-shorts, commercials, and music videos. I directed, shot and edited a feature documentary CREATE OR DIE. I served as a producer, camera op and editor for the feature Left One Alive. I also co-directed, DPed and edited an action feature STUNTGIRL. I excel at learning to use new camera equipment and editing software at a fast pace. I love adapting to different shooting and editing styles from project to project. Everyone who has worked with me knows that I love a challenge, whether it involves learning to shoot with a steadicam or racing to shoot and edit a video for a client in a matter of hours. I love teamwork and collaborating with other creatives. And I always try to learn as much as I can on the job. I have experience with Panasonic, Blackmagic, Sony, and Canon cameras. I have been a still photographer for 12 years and a camera operator for 9 years. I have over 9 years experience as a video editor, using FCPX, Premiere Pro, and most recently Davinci Resolve. I have experience working as a producer, assisting in casting, location scouting, social media marketing, and scheduling.
