About Michaela

I have nine years of film editing mainly on Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Avid Media Composer, receiving my certifications in 2024 and 2025. Throughout that time, I have worked and trained as an assistant editor and editor for mostly film, commercial, and broadcast projects. I am capable of fast scene construction, especially when given the opportunity to do editor's script coverage. My last two editing projects have both reached distribution success: a short film receiving 17 awards across 9 different festivals and a sports desk show receiving nomination for the 2026 SouthEast Student Emmys.
