About Kian
I'm a cinematographer and camera department technician, and a 2026 BFA graduate in Film & Television Production from SCAD, where I graduated summa cum laude with a focus in cinematography. I work as DP and camera operator on short narrative, documentary and music video projects, and crew as 1st and 2nd AC. I've worked extensively in virtual production, shooting on LED volumes with Unreal Engine and real-time camera tracking, and that work was featured in a Sony XYN case study on real-time filmmaking with mocopi, where I'm credited as DP, co-writer and camera operator.
