I've been a freelance DP for over 20 years, with a focus on small-crew documentary, broadcast and corporate projects. I've filmed interviews and b-roll for several television shows, including six episodes of PBS Frontline. My corporate/nonprofit promotional work also frequently uses a documentary style. I own a Sony FX6 and FX3. I’ve filmed on the FX9 as well as cameras from Arri, Red, Canon, BlackMagic and Panasonic. My van carries the 12+ lights and grip gear that I bring to every shoot. I enjoy nuanced lighting set-ups and have worked with several top gaffers in the area. I've also done many no-light run-and-gun shoots - I'm extremely flexible to what is needed. I've produced dozens of projects, which helps me understand and easily sync with a producer's needs. I'm experienced in sending camera feeds over Zoom/Teams for clients who conduct remote interviews. I'm a licensed drone pilot/owner. I can work as a one-man-band, assemble a full crew, or am happy to partner with the client's crew!
