Turned an empty building with no furniture or equipment into a 24-hour television station airing all original content on Channel 18, Comcast. Built lasting relationships with island businesses/non-profits, directed the Nantucket Film Festival, Comedy Festival, Book Festival, Wine Festival, and Music Festival every year. Produced over 700 videos in three years. Currently acting as NCTV’s consultant, as well as the Nantucket Film Festival’s Teen View Program Director where I teach high school students how to make movies that air at the festival. During the week, produced 3-4 short documentary segments which aired during Plum Daily, a live talk show that aired Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 8:00am at a remote location. For the show, I directed a crew of 6-8 people. Each show’s rundown contained a variety of famous guests, live musical performances, and pre-programmed graphics of upcoming events. Spoke to an international committee for rights to shoot, organized interviews with the contestants, shot competition, edited footage. In addition to this, I have spent much of the last year as the Director of Photography for a variety of commercial clients in Richmond, Charlottesville, and the Shenandoah Valley.
