EXTRAS CASTING ASSOCIATE 2024 In association with Chad Darnell on NBCU’s Atlantis I worked closely with the Department of Labor to ensure all minors working as background were permitted correctly and was solely responsible for booking all background players under 18. I headed all of our SAG-AFTRA Cast clearances and Taft Hartley of all of our backgrounds. EXTRAS CASTING ASSISTANT 2022-2024 in association with Kendall Cooper Casting on Apple TV’s SWAGGER Season 2 and Disney FX Pilot “La Jolla” I collaborated with the production team to create and organize casting calls for up to 7,000 extras. I also managed the check-in process for 700+ extras on set and worked closely with the AD team. CASTING ASSOCIATE 2021-2022 in association with Anne Chapman Casting and VCU I hosted and delegated casting concept meetings, collaborating with directors and producers on casting breakdowns. I also created virtual callback links and schedules for callbacks, ran session auditions, and wrote out written offers, deal memos, and visual cast lists for short films, commercials, and features. SCRIPT SUPERVISOR 2022 - “Keep Me Company” in association with VCU I supported our directors by keeping notes for every take to mediate the conversation between our director and editor. I worked closely with our AD team, sound team, and camera operator to maintain continuity between different takes. SHORT FILM PRODUCER 2022 - “She’s Gone” She’s Gone was the first independent short film I produced. After we began pre-production, I was denied university funding, so I worked tirelessly with the rest of our production team to raise money and find our own means of funding the project. During this project, I taught myself how to outsource my own funding, find our own equipment, and handle all of the permits and legal contracts between our crew and the vendors.
