I am a documentary filmmaker interested in sharing stories that bring awareness to conservation and environmental issues. My focus is on character-driven narratives that thread the needle between major issues and the people that surround them. I have created work that has been featured on the social media pages of environmental organizations such as the Valley Conservation Council and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. My most recent eco-documentary focuses on an aging caver who is working to preserve his fragile access to the environmentally significant caves underneath his property. These are the types of environmental stories that I want to share to invite new people to become involved in surrounding issues that don’t always see the light of day.
