My main objective is to fully support a director's artistic vision on a production level while balancing the fiscal responsibility for the overall budget set by the producer (production company). Being the traffic cop at the intersection of art and commerce. I bring great value to every project with creative problem-solving solutions, traditional comprehensive managerial training, and natural people skills. I accomplish this with a working philosophy that all crew members are to be respected for being experts in their field. My job is to bring the best out of each individual filmmaker, so that we reach ultimate success as a team. My in-depth experience and knowledge of production, coupled with a genuine understanding of post production positively affects the film's budget as well as the final outcome and quality of the film on multiple levels.
