About Andy

Description Andy is a Certified Intimacy Coordinator with Intimacy Directors and Coordinators, a SAG-AFTRA accredited program. Certified in Mental Health First Aid, she also has training in Sexual Harassment Prevention, Allyship, Bystander Intervention, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Implicit Bias Recognition, Conflict De-escalation, and Mediation. As an Intimacy Coordinator Andy facilitates safe intimacy choreography, advocates for actors, and supports directors in achieving their vision in a consent based way; as an IC the emotional and physical safety of everyone is paramount. In addition to her experience as an Intimacy Coordinator, Andy is an award winning Intimacy Director based in the Austin and is the Resident Intimacy Director in the Department of Theatre and Dance at the University of Texas at Austin.
