Accurate and specific script analysis, budgeting, concept work, collaboration, shop builds, conflict management, and adaptation are all necessary components before principle begins. 2. Implementing the vision on the ground. Create safe, healthy and exciting environments for your department, your actors and your producers/directors. We are the first point of contact for actors at the top of day, and the last point of contact before "Action!".
