- Your colleague signs up using your link. They create their profile and complete the basic onboarding.
- Both of you get a promotional tier upgrade. If you are on Basic, you get bumped to Enhanced for free. If you are on Enhanced, you get bumped to Elite. Your colleague gets the same boost.
The Details
The promotional upgrade is temporary — it lasts for a set period (check your portal for the current duration). During that time, you get full access to the features of the upgraded tier. Enhanced means in-app gig alerts, priority search placement, and the 50,000-point directory score boost. Elite means SMS + email alerts, highlighted profile, and a free client display ad.
Your promo tier never downgrades your paid tier. If you are already paying for Enhanced and you earn a promo upgrade to Elite, you get Elite. When the promo expires, you go back to Enhanced — not back to Basic. The system always works in your favor.
