The Fields That Move the Needle Most
Location and headshot are worth 26 points combined. If you have not added your city, state, and a professional headshot, you are giving up more than a quarter of your total score before anything else. Producers search by city — if your location is blank, you literally do not exist in their search results.
Bio, specialty, and reel are worth 30 points combined. These are the fields that tell a producer who you are, what you do, and what your work looks like. A blank bio with no reel link tells producers nothing — and when they have 200 other crew members to choose from, "nothing" is not good enough.

- Adding your city and state (13 points)
- Uploading a professional headshot (13 points)
- Writing a 3-sentence bio (10 points)
- Adding your primary role and specialty (15 points)
