Supervised the entire process of the film conceptualization to the distribution of the film. Created, organized, and maintained overall project schedules and budgets. Acts as the main point of contact for all production related matters on the event related to planning and execution. • Identified and negotiated with freelance crews, vendors, and locations, including sound stages, equipment rental facilities, prop houses and post facilities. • Managed crew performance, Supervise assigned production staff. • Assisted the studio in hiring a director and cinematographer for the movie and recommended the lead actors and hired a production team. • Planned the entire production, determined the locations for the films, developed a schedule and fixed a budget for the film. • Coordinated between the studio and the film’s creative and production staff and suggested changes to the director if required. • Evaluated the film by editing parts and recommended changes before the final cut is prepared. Owns and distributes all key production information throughout our organization, vendor partners, and freelance team. • Created and maintained a presence on social media profiles including updates on awards, screenings and actors and blog spots. • Pitched stories on pop culture, fashion, and entertainment to boost readership. • Produced cover shoot stories by researching and interviewing talent. • Supervised and produced turnkey commercial spots for a variety of clients.
