Description TEXAS FILM CENTER is a film production studio in Shelby County between Houston, Dallas, and Shrevport with hundreds of sets, soundstages, locations, production offices, lodging, vehicles, weapons and props to choose from for movies, television and music videos including 2 commercial jets, luxury boats, and a helicopter in a hanger. Our headquarters are in Center Texas but the studios are spread over 50,000 acres and are all within 30 miles from one another between St. Augustine, Sacul, Center and Huxley Texas and are all very convenient to navigate and help minimizes and decreases company moves while giving you an endless selection of sets and locations. There are sets and locations that can be used for anything from the modern, the last 25 to 50 years, mid century or period, 1900s or 1800's. We have an industrial size kitchen with huge deep freezers, refrigerators, 12 gas burners, 2 pizza ovens and hot and cold food lines. Because it is done on scale internally we can cook and cater quality food for any size production affordably. We have 7 comfortable and conveniant production office and DIT office options. We have lodging facilities for any size cast and crew. We have a private resort on a private lake that can lodge 25. There are also plenty of cabins and individual lodging options nearby for as many cast and crew as needed. These lodging facilities can be used as film sets. Transportation can be provided for individual or cast and crew transportation. We have cars, trucks, boats, sprinters, vans, golf carts and ATV and SUV options. #everyone There is a Walmart nearby which from our experience is the first question cast and crew ask when traveling to remote locations.
