What makes hiring me better for your show over hiring another medic? I am a paramedic who works under a medical director. What does that mean for you? Regardless of the level of certification, only a basic level of care can be provided without a medical director (i.e. bandaids and over-the-counter meds). I bring an advanced level of care, including, but not limited to, being able to initiate treatment of heart attacks, severe allergic reactions, asthma, and more, as I carry a cardiac defibrillator, oxygen, IV fluids, and some drugs like epinephrin, nitroglycerin, and, albuterol. I also have access to stand-by ambulances as needed.
