As a Charlotte-based Set PA with experience across commercials, episodic television, and feature films, I’ve developed a reputation for being both a people-first problem solver and a highly efficient doer. Since stepping into this role full-time in June 2023, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a Walkie PA, Office PA, and First Team PA, supporting a range of departments and personalities on fast-paced sets. My strengths lie in my ability to build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and get things done—fast and right. Whether I’m coordinating talent movements, distributing and troubleshooting walkies, fielding last-minute production needs, or jumping in to help with gear or paperwork, I bring a steady presence and a strong sense of initiative. I’m often the first to raise my hand when something needs to be handled, and I take pride in being someone the team can rely on—from the AD department to the production office. I’m not just comfortable wearing multiple hats; I thrive on it. One of my greatest assets on set is my people sense. I have a natural ability to read the room, adapt my communication style, and help create a calm, respectful environment—especially when things get hectic. Whether I’m working with A-list talent or coordinating with crew members across departments, I always lead with respect, clarity, and a team-first mentality. I understand the importance of discretion, professionalism, and supporting talent with confidence and care, especially when working in First Team or Office roles. I’ve also had the benefit of working in high-demand environments, including productions with tight turnarounds and shifting priorities, where speed, accuracy, and flexibility are critical. My time as a Video Producer before transitioning into set work sharpened my ability to juggle logistics, anticipate needs, and balance creativity with efficiency. That background has made me especially strong at bridging communication between departments, solving problems on the fly, and keeping track of moving parts without letting details slip through the cracks. No matter the job, I show up prepared, focused, and ready to support. I believe that success on set comes down to three things: clear communication, proactive thinking, and respect for every member of the team. That’s the energy I bring to every project I work on. Looking ahead, my long-term goal is to join the DGA and build a career as an Assistant Director, particularly in the world of episodic television. I love the pace, the structure, and the collaborative spirit of this industry. Every opportunity on set is a chance to grow, contribute, and learn more about what it takes to lead with excellence.
