As an APC, I was responsible for sourcing equipment, warehouses, Exhibit G revisions, PR revisions/completions and any other items assigned. Set Up/Manage/distribute information through the Synchronize system to crew and studio. Implement and manage studio policies, including all safety mandated policies and procedures. I was responsible for this shows insurance claims. Set up/order/purchase/oversee, supplies, rental furniture, purchased furniture, and all other projects assigned by the UPM or Production Supervisor. I was temporary Travel Coordinator until ours was available. On Swagger,I was one of three that created the shows Return to Work- 375 page Long Form. I have made several Short Forms from it, including the distant location shoot for Virginia Beach. I scheduled all initial COVID testing, coordinate between SecureHealth medical (which is contracted to do all of our testing) and all departments of Production, monitor all testing for cadence breaches or lab discrepancies, Zone A is 5 days (3 days PCR/2 Days Rapid) a week, our Zone B is 3 days a week (all PCR). Set up and maintained a bubble hotel with Resident Advisors and teaching staff for the large amount of minors and for revolving groups of incoming cast, guardians and minors. I have helped source and procure all initial orders of PPE, including 17,500 bottles of personal size sanitizer bottles, masks, visors, designed and ordered wristbands, handheld/backpack electrostatic sprayers. I handle all reports related to Unclear (positive) cases (Studio execs, Labor relations and State of VA), conduct contact tracing interviews, and work close with the UPM, CBS-Director of HR, CBS-Head of Safety, and Head of Labor Relations interpreting all changes in studio directives Covid related. Was given extra duties as assigned by the UPM.
