Hello! Pleasure to make your acquaintance! My name is Hollie and I've been in the Craft food industry for the past 20 years. I attended The Art Institute of Seattle Culinary Program and graduated in 2001. I started my company The Sweet Monkey in 2003 and have not looked back! I have been a "from scratch" bakery tailgate market vendor, wholesale bakery, Chef/Owner of my own brick and mortar Restaurant, Festival vendor, Wedding/Event Caterer. Literally a Jill of all Trades! During Covid, we pivoted the restaurant to a "take home and finish" scratch made convenience store where I continued to create new dishes each week for people to take home and enjoy. I am versed in a range of styles of service, cuisines and I bake! Attention to detail including allergies and food preferences are at the top of our list! We are here to make your day!
