Atuanya Priester is a producer with extensive video production experience and has cultivated a copious digital media network. With over 14 years of production experience, his career has given him an intimate knowledge of every role on set. Including high-profile projects as an executive producer and creative director; leading teams from concept to delivery. Atuanya is able to manifest his client’s vision, tell their story, and deliver on time and on budget. Atuanya has produced an array of videos for notable brands like MTV, BET, REVOLT, CBS, Sony Music Group, Virgin Atlantic, Ticketmaster, Microsoft, Snapchat, Hyundai, Amazon, United Nations, City of Seattle and the State of Washington. Celebrity talents like Snoop Dogg, Macklemore, Chris Brown, E40, Meek Mill, Tyga, Gucci Man, School Boy Q, Rick Ross, Method Man & Redman, DMX, Russ, Lil Uzi Vert, Method Man & Redman, Outkast. In addition, he has produced video content for sporting legends like the American League Cy Young-winning pitcher Felix Hernandez of the Seattle Mariners, Super Bowl XLVIII Champion Kam Chancellor formerly with the Seattle Seahawks + many private customers. Other skills include live event video production, directing, producing, cinematography, post-production supervision, editing, production management, budgeting, negotiations, and production coordinating. Additionally, he has produced campaign content for several national and international non-profit organizations including The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, YWCA, Presidential Candidate, and Washington State Governor Jay Inslee, One Vibe Africa & Seattle Fashion Week and Runway To Freedom. In 2016, Atuanya produced live-action video for MTV’s Kingin’ w/ Tyga reality TV show. In 2021, Atuanya led post production on an animated short Directed by Camrus Johnson (CW13). The film has premiered at many festivals globally including the Tribeca Film Festival in New York, NY. In addition, animated short has recently been nominated for an NAACP Image Award Atuanya’s extensive training on set, in cooperation with a host of brands/networks, has led to new heights of invention. He is developing rapidly as an auteur; his courage and daring make him an adept and versatile executive-level video producer. Atuanya is an alum of Cornish College of the Arts with a BFA in Video Production and Photography.
