Toronto DP Collaborates with Northeastern University

Our Toronto DP, Hayden Broomhead, recently did a green screen shoot with two Northeastern University students, using the Sony FX3 and Sony 28–135mm F4 G OSS lens. He lit the talent with Astras for key and fill, a Nanlite 60b for the hair light, and used two Nanlite FC500Bs plus two 60Bs to evenly light the green screen. He set up a Zoom call so the producer could direct remotely, and captured both talking head content and some slow-motion shots.

The biggest challenge was converting a standard classroom into a production-ready set—but with some quick furniture moves and gear set-up, it all came together smoothly.
