Shawn Moffatt

Managing Partner

Shawn Moffatt joined Go To Team in 2006 as Operations Manager and Managing Partner. On the business side, Shawn focuses on growing Go To Team through mergers and acquisitions by connecting the dots and leveraging connections to try and solve huge problems in the media industry. He’s in charge of business development, market expansion, and overseeing the employees in the organization. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism.

After graduation, he edited for WIS-TV then moved to ABC affiliate, WOLO-TV as a videographer and live truck operator. From there, Shawn served as a director for WJCL-TV in Savannah, WCSC-TV in Charleston and KOIN in Portland. While at KOIN, he directed the 2003 “Rose Festival Parade”, a two-hour live broadcast featuring a nine-camera shoot with jib and helicopter crews, which were aired in major West Coast market areas. Shawn returned to Charleston as operations supervisor for WCSC-TV for all news production staff and programing. Out of the office, Shawn is spending time with his wife and three children.

Courtney Crosby

COO

As COO, Courtney oversees business operations, staff, client relationships, equipment purchases, company budgets and 5000+ shoot days for Go To Team, Assignment Desk & Stark Crews. Simply put, Courtney gets it done and keeps everything running smoothly. She joined Go To Team in 2012 and has loved every minute since. Her job is anything but normal and is full of fire drills that keeps her on her toes to care of clients and staff. She loves talking with clients to figure out exactly how we can help! Courtney graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. While at the university, she worked at Gamecock Productions, where she filmed, shot and edited pieces for USC’s Athletic Department. It was at her time working with the Facility Sales department at NFL Films where she decided to pursue a career in production management. Away from the office, Courtney loves working out, drinking wine and hanging out with her husband and sons. Cheers!

Erin Gunther

Go To Crew – General Manager

Erin joined Go To Team in 2014 after graduating from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. While at USC Upstate – Erin was a captain of the D1 softball team. As General Manager, Erin manages over 25 employees in the office and field and oversees over 2500 shoot days per year. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, Emma, and son, Tripp.

Kailee Hood

Assignment Desk – Production Manager

Kailee Hood joined the Assignment Desk team in the fall of 2020. She is a 2019 graduate from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Recreation Marking Operations. As our PM, Kailee specializes in providing top-notch customer service & customizing each shoot to meet exact specifications & budget. Outside of the office, you can catch her at the hottest new spot in CHS and spending time with her newest member of the family, Aussie Shepard, Blue.

Elkie Shramek

Assignment Desk – Senior Production Coordinator

Elkie joined Assignment Desk in June 2021 after moving to Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated from Clemson University in 2019 majoring in Sociology with a field in criminology and double minor in Spanish & Communication. She’s the pop culture queen (or biggest nerd) of the office especially when it comes to the newest movies or television shows. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her cat, spend time with friends/family and catch up on the latest episodes of her favorite shows.

Julia Kabernagel

Assignment Desk – Senior Production Coordinator

Julia joined the Assignment Desk team in 2021 after graduating from the College of Charleston with a double Bachelors degree in Arts Management (Music Industry) & Dance. While at CofC – Julia worked with Live Nation at the Charleston Music Hall, Ear for Music Firefly Distillery concert series, and the Department of Theatre and Dance on 10+ live productions. Outside of the office, Julia is a professional commercial dancer working with The Dance Space, Blue Steel Productions, Piccolo Spoleto Festival, etc. While Julia’s background is in fast paced events, she always has & always will hustle to get you covered on all your production needs.

Abbey Daniel

Assignment Desk – Production Coordinator

Abbey joined Assignment Desk & moved to Charleston in February of 2023 after graduating from University of Central Missouri in May of 2022. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Digital Media Production with an emphasis is Digital Cinema. She loves talking to new people & finding the perfect crew for every client. In her free time – she enjoys playing with her 2 corgis, crocheting, going for coffee & spending days on the beach!

Mary Banco

Go To Crew – Production Coordinator

Mary joined Go To Team and moved to Charleston in 2023. Originally from Pennsylvania, she graduated from Penn State University in 2022 with a Bachelors degree in Film Production. While at Penn State – Mary was involved in Greek life, was on a club dance team, and made original films. After graduation, Mary moved to Manhattan to edit for MLB Network. In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and exploring Charleston.

Sara Kissane

Go To Crew – Production Coordinator

After graduating from Florida State University in 2023, Sara moved from Florida to join Go To Team. As a Production Coordinator, she enjoys helping the team book shoots across the country and communicating with clients to make them happen. Sara loves all things girly including Taylor Swift, drinking wine, glitter, and going to the beach. Go Noles!

Marie Granger

Part Time Production Coordinator

Marie is Assignment Desk and Go To Crew’s production coordinator based in sunny Los Angeles, California. She is a video production professional with a background in producing video content from concept to completion, and is always ready to jump in after hours to help elevate your projects to new heights. She joined the company in 2022 after graduating from Elon University with a BA in Cinema & Television Arts and a minor in Music Production. During her time there she helped create many short films, music videos, and live productions, as well as produced the student network’s first ever competition reality show. In addition to Assignment Desk, she also works freelance on productions for major networks such as Warner Bros, CBS, Bravo, and the BBC. Marie loves all things entertainment, and outside the office you can most likely find her at music concerts, the movie theater, or attending LA’s newest pop up event.
