We always love working with Hidden Heroes! The CBS’ Saturday morning show focuses on real-life people who are making a difference in their community.

We spent five days working on various segments for this episode. There was an event called “Sermon Slam” where students gave sermons and speeches that pertained to the theme of “What is Love?” Every speech was emotionally touching.

The next few days were spent at schools that have a large number of refugee and immigrant students. The schools try to acclimate the students to American culture. It was eye-opening to learn about their struggles.

Our last day was spent filming students making sandwiches and feeding them to the hungry. Needless to say, all these students are the Hidden Heroes.
